Allen: Huskers To “Give It Their All” Prior to Bye Week

Nebraska’s football team is preparing to play its eighth straight game of the season this Saturday at Minnesota. The Gophers are 3-2 overall, 1-1 in the Big Ten and are coming off a bye week.
Tight end Austin Allen was asked yesterday about the Huskers taking on a rested opponent. “They obviously have had some time to heal up, but it is also a good mindset for us,” Allen said. “We have a bye week next week. Let’s give it our all. Let’s put our bodies on the line.”
Saturday’s kickoff is set for 11 a.m. The pregame starts at 7 a.m. on News Talk 900 KJSK. It will be joined at 10:30 on 93.5 The Hawk.
