Creighton Prep Bows Out of American Legion World Series

Creighton Prep was eliminated from the American Legion World Series after losing to Chesapeake, Virginia 6-4 yesterday.
Prep went 1-2 in Shelby, North Carolina during the eight-team, double-elimination tournament. Five Points Bank had posted a 7-3 win over Idaho, before suffering a 3-1 loss to Michigan and then yesterday’s defeat.
Prep finished the season with a 42-14 record.
