NU Rallies at Northwestern For Fourth Straight Win

Glynn Watson Jr. scored 19 points and Nebraska took control down the stretch to beat Northwestern 70-55. James Palmer Jr. added 18 points, 15 in the second half, as the Huskers overcame a seven-point second-half deficit.

NU held the Wildcats to 29 percent shooting and blocked 14 shots, the most by Nebraska in a conference game.

The Huskers’ fourth straight win upped their record to 11-5 overall and 2-1 in the Big Ten.

Nebraska visits number 13 Purdue on Saturday.  Tipoff is set for 1:15 p.m.  The pre-game show starts at 12:15 on News Talk 900 KJSK.
