Langsdorf Talks About Huskers’ Success In Running Game

Nebraska offensive coordinator Danny Langsdorf talked about Saturday’s win over Rutgers following the Huskers practice yesterday.  Despite the fact that running back Tre Bryant sat out with an injury, juniors Devine Ozigbo and Mikale Wilbon helped the NU running game find its identity.

“We were able to repeat a lot of runs and had some success with them,” Langsdorf said.  He added, “It was good stuff.”

Nebraska visits Illinois on Friday.  It’s a 7 p.m. game, with the pregame starting at 2 o’clock on News Talk 900 KJSK.  It will be joined at 6:30 on KLIR.

Meantime, the Big Ten has announced that the Huskers’ October 7th home game against Wisconsin will kick off at 7 p.m. and will be televised nationally on BTN.
