It was a busy night Thursday for local prep soccer teams.
Columbus High split with Norfolk at Wilderness Park, with the Discoverers boys winning 4-0 to improve to 4-0. Meantime, the CHS girls fell 1-0 to slip to 2-1 on the season.
Lakeview split matches at Grand Island Northwest. The Vikings boys were edged 1-0 to fall to 1-4. The Lakeview girls evened their record at 2-2 with a 5-1 victory.
Both Scotus teams improved to 3-1 on the year with home wins over York. The Shamrocks boys posted a 2-0 shutout, while the Scotus girls cruised to a 10-0 mercy-rule triumph.
