Nebraska’s Jessica Shepard has earned All-Big Ten honors for the second straight season. She was named to the second team by both the coaches and league’s media Monday.
The sophomore forward from Fremont produced 18.6 points and 9.8 rebounds a game for the Huskers this year.
Shepard, who earned first-team conference honors as a freshman, enters the Big Ten tournament with 1,096 points in her first two seasons. It’s the highest point total by a sophomore in NU history.
