Former Nebraska kicker Kris Brown and defensive end Adam Carriker, who both played in the NFL, headline the Huskers to be inducted into the Nebraska Football Hall of Fame.
Brown was the kicker on the 1995 and ’97 Nebraska teams that won or shared national championships. Carriker was selected All-Big 12 in 2005 and 2006.
Also in this year’s class are 1983 first-team All-Big Eight offensive tackle Scott Raridon and 1979 first-team All-Big Eight kicker Dean Sukup. Fred Davis, who starred on the offensive line for Doane College in the 1960’s, will also be inducted.
This year’s class will be honored at the September 10th game against Wyoming.
