Kaleb Joseph, a guard who spent two seasons at Syracuse, is transferring to Creighton. He’ll have to sit out next season and then have two years of eligibility.
Bluejays coach Greg McDermott announced the addition Monday, calling Joseph a versatile guard who has “exceptional playmaking ability.”
The 6-foot-3 Joseph started 30 games for Syracuse as a freshman, averaging 5.9 points and 3.8 assists. However, his playing time diminished last season as the Orange advanced to the Final Four.
