Columbus High golfer Brock Kuhlman is competing in the Class A boys golf championship in Norfolk today. Kuhlman qualified for the two-day event by winning a district title last week. The Class B state tournament is being held at Elks Country Club.
The Scotus and Aquinas boys golf teams qualified for the Class C tourney in Kearney. Connor Schlueter of North Bend Central also made that event as an individual.
District champion Jack Lubischer of St. Francis is competing in the Class D tournament at North Platte. Shelby-Rising City’s whole team is in the field. Other individual competitors in the Class D event are Isaak Norman and Kirby Smith of Fullerton and Brady Lund of Howells-Dodge.
