Arrests Made In Death Of Broken Bow Toddler

Broken Bow, NE~~Two Broken Bow women have been arrested following an investigation into the November 2013 death of a 20-month old boy.  The Nebraska State Patrol says 23-year-old Brittney Pryce and 50-year-old Diane Hill were taken into custody Tuesday and charged with Second Degree Murder and Child Abuse Leading to the Death of a Child.  

Authorities say the arrests stem from the death of 20-month-old Noah Pryce of Broken Bow.  Broken Bow Police were notified that the toddler received a suspicious head injury on November 17th.   The child was taken by medical helicopter to Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney and then to UNMC in Omaha where he died of his injuries on November 22nd.  

Through the investigation it was determined the toddler suffered a life threatening injury on Sunday, November 17, while in the care of Brittney Pryce and Diane Hill.  Brittney Pryce and her husband Richard Pryce were the guardians of Noah Pryce who was a ward of the State of Nebraska.
