Student Group Proposes Tobacco Free Campus

Kearney, NE -- A University of Nebraska at Kearney student group is trying to make their university a completely tobacco-free campus.  U-N-K Peer Health Education will be sending out an email questionnaire asking if students support a tobacco-free initiative.  If the results are positive, the proposal may be presented to the Chancellor’s Cabinet for consideration.  Tobacco-free means no smoking, chew, or snuff anywhere on the campus.
