2-13-12, YORK, Neb. (AP) - A York man whose probation for drunken driving was revoked has been given a year in jail.
 
24-year-old David Anderson was given five years of probation in 2009 for third-offense drunken driving.
    
His probation was revoked last year after probation officers told a judge that Anderson wasn't following the judge's order.
    
Judge Michael Owens last week sentenced Anderson to a year in jail, minus 42 days for time already served.
 
Anderson reportedly told the judge, "I'm not a punk, but I've made bad decisions about alcohol, I have problems with it."
