Authorities look for hit-n-run driver in Rising City
 2-9-12, RISING CITY, Neb. - Butler County authorities are looking for the driver of a vehicle that struck a utility pole in Rising City.
The incident happened Saturday just before noon on the western edge of town, causing a power outage in the area.
