NSP seizes 325 pounds of marijuana near Bradshaw

OMAHA, Neb. (AP) - Almost 325 pounds of marijuana was seized in a single traffic stop along Interstate 80.

The Nebraska State Patrol says a trooper discovered the illegal drugs in a pickup truck's tool box on Wednesday.

The trooper stopped an eastbound Ford truck near Bradshaw, Neb., for failing to use a turn signal. The trooper obtained consent to search the truck and found the marijuana hidden in a false compartment in the bottom of a wooden tool box in the truck's bed.

Two Nevada men, 37-year-old Chad Baillargeon and 29-year-old Alvin Sias, were both arrested on suspicion of drug trafficking charges.
