Norfolk man sentenced in fatal stabbing



1-23-12, MADISON, Neb. (AP) — A man convicted of stabbing another man to death at a party in Norfolk has been sentenced to 40 years to life in prison.
 
22-year-old De'Airs Trice was sentenced for second-degree murder on Friday in Madison County District Court in Madison.
 
Trice was found guilty in November of killing 27-year-old Timothy Warren on Dec. 26, 2010. Prosecutors say Trice stabbed Warren after a fight broke out at the party.
