Iowa man faces 2nd pot charge in Nebraska

1-18-12, LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - Authorities say a 33-year-old Iowa man has been arrested again in Nebraska on suspicion of possessing marijuana for sale.

A news release from the Nebraska State Patrol says Kevin D. Jones, of Windsor Heights, Iowa, was arrested Sunday along Interstate 80 near the Pleasant Dale interchange in southeast Nebraska. The patrol says a trooper pulled over Jones' vehicle for following another vehicle too closely.

The patrol says nearly 29 pounds of pot and a tenth of a pound of hashish were found in the vehicle.

Jones also was arrested Dec. 31 near Kearney in south-central Nebraska. The patrol says 35 pounds of marijuana was found in the trunk of Jones' vehicle after a traffic stop for speeding.
