1-13-12, TEKAMAH, Neb. (AP) - Authorities say a 4-year-old boy died when the car his mother was driving collided with another car near Lyons in eastern Nebraska.The Burt County sheriff's office says Zachery Douglas of Oakland, Nebraska was killed in the accident late Wednesday.
Officials say his mother, 24-year-old Megan Douglas, was driving south on U.S. Highway 77 when she lost control of her vehicle and crossed the centerline, colliding with another vehicle.
The sheriff's office says Zachery died at the scene.
