NORFOLK, Neb. - A Norfolk man is accused of putting his mother in a chokehold and flinging her to the ground.
Police arrested 19-year-old Michael Renschler just after midnight this morning on charges of strangulation and domestic assault.
Renschler also had a pair of criminal mischief warrants out of Gage County.
