FREMONT, Neb. - Police arrest a Fremont peeping tom Thursday morning.
 
25-year-old Joel Juarez is accused of looking into the bedroom window of 26-year-old woman and trying to take pictures.
 
The area was under police surveillance after reports of a man seen looking into windows last week.
