1-25-12, LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - Senators Rich Pahls and Jeremy Nordquist are introducing bills that would create the Nebraska Health Benefit Exchange Act.
 
Nebraska and other states are working on their own laws instead of waiting for the U.S. Supreme Court to rule on whether the federal plan requiring nearly all Americans to buy health insurance by 2014 is unconstitutional.
