Auburn, Arkansas Make it Four SEC Teams in CWS

Auburn and Arkansas posted blowout wins in the deciding games of their super regionals yesterday to give the Southeastern Conference a record-tying four teams in the College World Series.  

Auburn scored 13 runs in the first inning and cruised to a 14-7 win over North Carolina, while Arkansas pounded Ole Miss 14-1.

The CWS opens Saturday at TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha with Texas Tech meeting Michigan at 1 p.m. and Arkansas facing Florida State at 6 p.m.  

Sunday’s Bracket 2 matchups have Vanderbilt playing Louisville at 1 p.m. and Mississippi State taking on Auburn at 6:30.
