The Nebraska football team’s annual Red-White Spring Game drew a crowd of 85,946 fans to Memorial Stadium on Saturday. The Red team prevailed 24-13.
Coach Scott Frost was happy his team came out of the game healthy. “I thought overall it was good,” Frost said. “I would have liked to have seen the Red team come out with a little more fire and execute a little better at the beginning. They did some good things, but I didn’t think it was consistent enough.”
The Huskers will open the second season of the Scott Frost era on August 31st, when they host South Alabama.
