Following the Nebraska football team’s practice yesterday, defensive coordinator Erik Chinander said the Huskers have responded “pretty well” in practice following the loss to Colorado.
Chinander was asked about Nebraska’s defense recording seven sacks last Saturday. He said he was “happy with the energy up front,” praising the aggressiveness of the defensive line and “some of the linebackers.” But, Chinander added he’d like to see that defensive pressure result in turnovers.
The Huskers host Troy Saturday at 11 a.m. The pre-game show starts at 6 on News Talk 900 KJSK. It will be joined at 10:30 a.m. on KLIR 101.
