The Columbus volleyball team went 1-2 at the GNAC Tournament Saturday in Norfolk.
The Discoverers lost their first match to North Platte in two sets, but bounced back to defeat Scottsbluff 2-0. CHS lost to the host Panthers 2-0 in the fifth place match.
Now 13-19 on the year, fourth-seeded Columbus plays number-5 seed York today at 5 p.m. in the B-6 subdistrict tourney at Grand Island Northwest. The winner of that match meets the top-seeded and host Vikings at 8 p.m.
