Huskers’ Rally Falls Short, Tre Bryant’s Status Up In Air

After surrendering 42 points and 409 yards to Oregon in the first half Saturday, Nebraska outscored the Ducks 21-0 in the second half.

But, the Huskers wound up on the short end of a 42-35 score and lost I-back Tre Bryant to a knee injury in the fourth quarter.

The sophomore has rushed for 299 yards in two games, but his status for this Saturday’s home game against Northern Illinois is uncertain.  Kickoff is set for 11 a.m. at Memorial Stadium.
