Union Pacific’s “Living Legend” No. 844 Steam Locomotive Makes Columbus Appearance

             

COLUMBUS- Union Pacific’s “Living Legend” No. 844 steam locomotive visited Columbus yesterday on it’s way to Omaha for the College World Series. No. 844 began a 21-day roundtrip excursion Sunday through Wyoming, Nebraska and Iowa, making brief stops throughout the journey to allow visitors to see the locomotive up close.
