A fourth Nebraska basketball player has decided to leave the program since the season ended. Coach Tim Miles announced last night that Michael Jacobson will transfer after the spring semester.
As a sophomore last season, Jacobson started all 31 games. The 6-9 forward averaged 6.0 points and 6.2 rebounds a game.
Jacobson’s departure follows those of Ed Morrow Jr., Jeriah Horne and Nick Fuller.
Miles said, “Although we have lost some depth in the frontcourt, we are excited about the players already in our program who give us great options in Jordy Tshimanga, Isaiah Roby, Jack McVeigh and Isaac Copeland.”
