The Who‘s first U.S. festival performance of 2017 has been announced. The British rock legends will headline the 10th anniversary Outside Lands festival, which will be held August 11-13 in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park.
The fest’s other headlining acts include Metallica, Gorillaz, Lorde and A Tribe Called Quest. The lineup also features Queens of the Stone Age, Solange, The Avett Brothers, Dawes, Belle and Sebastian and many more artists.
Three-day general admission tickets and three-day VIP passes will go on sale this Thursday, April 6, at 10 a.m. PT. To check out the full lineup and more details about the festival, visit SFOutsideLands.com.
The Who’s Outside Lands performance will follow their recently announced six-date Las Vegas residency, which takes place at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace and runs from July 29 through August 11. The band’s also has four other U.S. shows taking place in various cities in July. The group recently kicked of a brief U.K. trek that began with two special benefit concerts for the Teenage Cancer Trust on March 30 and April 1 at London’s Royal Albert Hall.
