The first round of the NFL draft will be held Thursday night and where former Husker Randy Gregory is selected appears to be anybody’s guess.
A report on NFL.com said some teams have concerns “about Gregory’s ability to handle the mental rigors of professional football.”
ESPN’s mock draft with Mel Kiper Jr. and Todd McShay had Gregory going to New Orleans with the number 13 pick. Sports Illustrated’s Peter King has Gregory also going to the Saints, but with the 31st pick.
The draft starts at 7 p.m. Thursday, with rounds 2 and 3 tomorrow and rounds 4-7 Saturday.
