Ed Sheeran Announces 2015 North American Tour

M_EdSheeranguitarovershoulder_benwatts_060214Following his memorable Grammy performance on Sunday, Ed Sheeran appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Monday and announced his new North American tour.

The 23-year-old British singer said he’ll kick off the tour at the New Orleans Jazz Festival on May 2; he also posted details on his Facebook page.

“It’s all over the country,” he told Ellen about the tour. “It’s exciting. I love coming back and touring America. The food’s just everywhere — it’s great.”

The North American leg of the tour will include stops at New York City’s Forest Hills Stadium and the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. It will wrap up on July 3 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Pre-sale tickets will be available for select dates beginning February 16, with tickets going on sale to the general public on February 20.
